At Ravynza, we stand behind the quality of our premium sauna products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
You request a return within 14 days of delivery
The item was not custom-built or specially modified
Note: Custom or made-to-order saunas are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
To start the return process:
Email us at support@ravynza.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
We will review your request and provide return instructions
Once approved, you must ship the product back within 7 days of receiving return instructions
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Note: Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable
We accept exchanges only for:
Defective or damaged items upon arrival
Items sent in error

We do not accept returns for:
Custom-built or modified saunas
Products that show signs of use or installation
Clearance or final sale items
Accessories and consumables (like cleaning kits, essential oils, etc.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance
Ravynza is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit
